any reason MEDIA CURRY is unable to declare the winner of the sweepstakes in
one particular week, the points credited by the user shall be automatically
carried forward till the next week's sweepstakes occur. Users authorising MEDIA
CURRY explicitly or implicitly to utilise the points for sweepstakes cannot
repatriate those points. Users other than the winner in the sweepstakes also
cannot reclaim his points. Points credited by the user for sweepstakes are
allowed to be utilised only for one particular week's sweepstakes. You accept
and abide to be bound by all the terms and conditions governing this site and
also the sweepstakes and by crediting the points, you waive all your rights
which may harm/cause loss/damage to MEDIA CURRY. MEDIA CURRY reserves the right
to change the points from the minimum stated in its own discretion. The
winnings are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash; however MEDIA
CURRY reserves the right to replace the winnings at it sole discretion.
